Step by Step Instructions for Using the Multipod with Yahoo Instant Messenger

Please follow the basic instructions found on our support page (if you have not already) before beginning these steps.

In Yahoo Messenger select the Messenger menu at the top followed by Start Webcam:

A window with your webcam screen will automatically pop up:

From this window you can select the Broadcast button to stop or start your webcam or Pause to pause it.  Your webcam is now online and ready to use.  Your settings will determine who can see your webcam and how they see it (ie if they need permission or if it is available to all).

You can adjust or edit advanced preferences in the Messenger menu and then selecting Preferences.

Once the Preferences menu is open, select the Webcam option from the right and changes preferences as you see fit.
